You can send your device to our Prague branch (Seifertova 83 130 00 Prague 3 company name 'appleguru.cz'). We will immediately run a diagnostics test and by the next working day at the latest we will call you and tell you the repair price. We will then repair the device and send it back to you. You only pay for costs of repair. We cover the costs of return postage after repair. We ask that you include in your package a cover letter that describes the defects, your contact information and a postal address so that we can contact you
