Took my computer here to get a new battery. They were nice over the phone, but not the nicest when we took the computer to the store. They also do not disclose they ONLY TAKE CASH when you drop off your computer. There are no signs for CASH ONLY. Battery was replaced same day. Be a little more friendly in the store.

How long does a repair take?
Common repairs such as a display, battery or charging port replacement are done while you wait. For more complex jobs we tell you the repair time after diagnostics.
What warranty do I get on a repair?
Every repair we do comes with a 2-year warranty.
How much do diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free when you have the device repaired. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they are charged according to the current price list.
Do I need to book a repair?
We recommend booking – with the online form or by phone. We will agree on a time and be ready for you.
I am not in Prague. Can I send my device?
Yes. Send the device to our Prague shop and enclose a description of the fault, your contact details and a delivery address. We diagnose it straight away, call you with the repair price no later than the second working day, and send the device back after the repair. We pay the return shipping.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes: 10% for students, 5% for our Facebook fans and a quantity discount for several repairs at once. Discounts do not apply to discounted repairs marked SALE.
Do you buy older Apple devices?
Yes. Send us the model and condition of the device; after checking and testing it we will offer you a price. Details are on the Device buyback page.
Do you speak English?
Yes, we speak English. The shop has been repairing Apple devices in Prague since 2008.
